Supplier Sourcing and development [Identification, tie up, Negotiation, Policies introduction, Hand holding/ joint do etc. Supplier quality assurance [Quality Issues escalation, On time actions & Supply] Supplier QMS [DOL, Basic Q system to be development, Process Audit, Assessment audits] New Product development Supplier Schedule compliance Resolution of Quality, Delivery and Risk related Problems for long term through proper RCA analysis Resolution of Tooling related issues through Gemba and RCA Approach Proper Coordination with CFT- PD, QA, SBU adhering to Calendar and timely communication To maintain and submit daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS to Management Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and gauges basic design, manufacturing through outsourcing on time Faster Product refresh through proper planning and execution Process planning for new products including process capability Process costing, Co-ordination with Supplier for Projects activities & Process hand-over. Zero Base costing Sourcing of new suppliers and developing them towards long term association

Candidate Profile:

BE(Mech./Production)/DME/NTTF/GTTC/CTTC Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience Male candidate up to 32 years of age Proven Expertise in completing Projects while leading small Team of Engineers. Good light precision machining process knowledge Good problem-solving skill Excellent communication and coordination skills
