The opportunity

• Project Manager is responsible for various types of projects like green-brownfield, improvement, new initiatives, energy saving, modification, automation, new process developments etc of site.
• Preparation of project plan & implementation according to given timelines.
• Project manager would carry the responsibility of project end-to-end execution, and assist site project lead.
• Project manager should be capable to supervise and having adequate knowledge of pharma/personal healthcare/FMCG green-brown field projects. Besides that handle/have practical knowledge of electrical-mechanical industrial engineering equipment installation & commissioning, process piping, manufacturing machine installation& commissioning, utility equipment & HVAC Installation & commissioning, pharma/healthcare building construction, concepts of clean room building etc.
• Contractor finalization and onboarding as per site compliance and site timelines.
• Project manager has knowledge of designing and project calculations of pharma/personal healthcare/FMCG machinery, clean room, utility equipment another pharm related engineering equipment.
• Having good analytical skills to manage the budget and assist to site engineering project leader.
• Allocate project resources according to project requirements, also pre-plan resources by looking at the project planning

How you?ll spend your day

Your experience and qualifications

• Engineering degree may apply with a minimum of 8-12+ years? experience in the pharma manufacturing (oral ? solid) /personal healthcare/FMCG plant in green & brownfield projects.
• B.E/ B. Tech in Mech/Elect/Instrumentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Good Analytical skills in excel.
• Knowledge of 3D design modeling & PLC programming software & hardware.
