Group HR Head
to lead the overall HR function across multiple business units and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and SOPs
Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational development
Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership
Lead and mentor HR teams across group companies
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Strong experience in group or multi-location HR leadership
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
