to oversee end-to-end HR operations across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance Management, KRAs/KPIs, Employee Relations, and Grievance Management. This role requires a confident communicator who can ensure consistent HR practices across locations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including defining and evaluating KRAs/KPIs.
Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong employee relations and lead engagement and retention initiatives.
Conduct regular visits to both branches to ensure compliance with HR processes and standards.
Support recruitment cycles, onboarding procedures, and employee documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory labor regulations.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, attendance, leave, and performance data.
Lead HR meetings and deliver timely communication across teams.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR or a related discipline.
3-6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
Strong knowledge of Performance Management, KPI/KRA development, and Employee Engagement.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel between branches regularly.
