Job Dimensions (roles & responsibilities): Design & implement corporate HR systems & policies to make the company a preferred place to work for employees across levels. Design & implement corporate HR policies for the company towards managing overall employee costs & stability. Implement Performance Mgmt. System (PMS) that aligns with remuneration policy & to identify HiPo candidates to groom. Reduce regrettable attrition across hierarchies Understand needs to plan corrective actions & skill/career enhancement. Enhance employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition strengthen overall brand attractiveness. Lead admin priorities, upkeep, CSR guide plant IR teams, liaison with statutory & local bodies, as necessary.
