Key Responsibilities
Lead the Paid Media vertical end-to-end - strategy, execution, growth, and profitability.
Own media outcomes across Meta, Google, Programmatic and emerging channels.
Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers across geographies.
Work closely with business, creative, and analytics teams to craft full-funnel growth strategies.
Drive client conversations on performance, planning, experimentation and innovation.
Identify process improvements and tech opportunities to increase efficiency and scale.
Grow and retain key accounts with a sharp eye on revenue and retention metrics.
What We're Looking For
5-8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably from a digital agency.
Proven experience in leading high-budget media accounts across industries .
Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, auction dynamics and data-led media strategy.
Comfortable managing P&L, team KPIs and account performance.
A growth mindset and bias for action, like solving problems and moving fast.
