What You'll Do (a.k.a. The Playground)

Build the

marketing engine

for a multi-brand group from scratch. Craft stories, campaigns, and visuals that make people stop scrolling*.
Redefine brand strategy and positioning across AI, F&B, and Broking -- three worlds that rarely meet. Turn creative ideas into

tangible business impact

. Lead a team of designers, writers, and digital hustlers who can execute your ideas with speed and precision. Build automation systems that make marketing run on autopilot while you plan the next big thing. Report directly to the

Chairman

, work closely with the CEOs -- and drive the entire marketing destiny of the group.

Your Toolkit

What You've Probably Done

6-12 years of hard-earned experience in

brand + digital + performance + product marketing

. Scaled at least one brand from zero to traction. Launched campaigns that you still feel proud of*.
Worked directly with founders or built something of your own. You know how to combine
