Role Overview:
As the
Group HR Head
, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy that scales with the group's rapid expansion. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building a strong organizational culture, aligning people strategy with business goals, and driving operational excellence in human resources across all brands and locations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership
Design and implement the group-wide HR roadmap in alignment with long-term business strategy.
Collaborate with the leadership team to support business expansion, new outlet openings, and brand diversification.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Build and manage end-to-end hiring strategy across all levels - from operations and culinary staff to senior management.
Establish workforce planning models for new markets, seasonal demands, and scalable growth.
3. Culture & Organization Development
Champion the group's values and culture across brands and geographies.
Design and implement engagement, communication, and recognition programs that foster a high-performance, service-driven environment.
4. Performance Management & Training
Lead the design and execution of robust appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and goal-setting mechanisms.
Oversee L&D initiatives tailored for hospitality excellence, career progression, and succession planning.
5. HR Operations, Compliance & Policy
Ensure seamless HR operations across payroll, HRMS, grievance handling, audits, and documentation.
Maintain legal compliance with labor laws, FSSAI regulations, and industry-specific mandates across states.
6. Employee Experience & Retention
Build strategies to improve employee satisfaction, reduce attrition, and create a sustainable employer brand.
Drive wellness, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and safety programs tailored for the hospitality workforce.
Qualifications & Competencies:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience
, with
5+ years in hospitality or food & beverage (F&B) leadership roles.
Proven expertise in managing multi-brand, multi-location HR operations.
Strong understanding of hospitality hiring cycles, customer service culture, and frontline employee dynamics.
Proficient in HR technology, HRMS platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
