The Group Head of HR will be a key strategic partner, reporting directly to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in the healthcare industry, capable of leading and developing a high-performing HR team. The role demands an individual who can align people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance in a complex and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term business goals and mission.

Talent Management:

Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including strategic talent acquisition, recruitment for senior and critical medical roles, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.

Compensation and Benefits:

Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare sector.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive and ethical work culture. Address employee grievances, promote a healthy work-life balance, and implement engagement initiatives to ensure high morale and low attrition rates.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in strict compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. Lead the HR function in maintaining accurate records and streamlined processes.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and implement programs for professional development, leadership training, and continuous learning for clinical and non-clinical staff.

HR Analytics:

Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions on workforce planning, talent retention, and HR effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience



Experience:

A minimum of

15 years + of progressive HR experience

, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of HR, Director of HR).

Industry Expertise:

Mandatory experience in the healthcare domain

, specifically within corporate or multi-unit hospitals.

Educational Qualification:

A Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a large HR team.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations.

Strategic Thinking:

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Communication:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, from frontline staff to senior management.
