Based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, you'll be at the heart of our creative operations-developing bold ideas, mentoring a team of talented writers, and setting the tone for award-worthy storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Mentor, guide, and review the work of the copy team, ensuring creative excellence across all deliverables. Ideation & Conceptualization: Drive big campaign ideas and day-to-day content with equal passion. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align timelines, deliverables, and creative expectations. Content Creation: Craft both short-form and long-form copy, including digital posts, websites, ads, and scripts. Campaign Development: Write compelling scripts and copy for brand campaigns, from concept to execution. Timely Delivery: Ensure all content is delivered on-brand and on-time - every time. Website & Digital Copywriting: Work on UX-friendly content for websites and digital touchpoints. AI Integration: Use AI tools to ideate faster and improve content efficiency - must be prompt-savvy and experimentative.
