Purpose of the Role
The
Group Creative Manager
will lead a high-performing team of Creative Strategists and Senior Creative Strategists, driving impactful, award-winning creative solutions across multiple accounts. This role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on creative excellence, and people leadership. The incumbent will be responsible for translating client needs into powerful, integrated and digital-first creative ideas that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the creative vision across a group of accounts, ensuring consistently high creative standards
Effectively plan creative solutions and aid in defining the creative scope of work
Lead the development of award-winning creative campaigns and projects
Be responsible for creative management of teams across a group of accounts
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to develop and present value-added, creative, interactive strategies for pitches and new business
Ensure ideas contributed by the creative team are innovative, objective-driven, and lead campaigns to success
Be creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with third parties such as directors, producers, and vendors
Drive innovative and interactive digital media solutions to help teams excel in their campaigns
Ensure client timelines and deliverables are met accurately
Assist teams on large-scale and complex projects
Set team goals that encourage collaboration and positively impact department performance
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and focus
Required Skills & Experience
5-6 years of experience as a Copywriter with a strong
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, brand storytelling, and integrated campaign thinking
Exceptional creative leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Prior experience leading a team of
at least 5-6 people
