Job Description

The CHRO will lead the Group's HR function, driving people strategy, culture, talent development, and HR operations across all business verticals. The role is responsible for aligning HR policies with organizational goals, strengthening leadership capability, and enabling effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals. Partner with the MD & business heads on workforce planning, succession, and leadership pipeline. Lead organizational design, restructuring, and standardization of HR policies and processes. Oversee talent acquisition for white-collar roles, ensuring timely hiring and manpower planning. Drive performance management systems linked with rewards, recognition, and productivity. Lead leadership development, training, and succession planning initiatives. Build a strong culture of engagement, values, communication, and employer branding. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws; manage employee relations. Manage HR operations, HRIS systems, HR audits, analytics, compensation & benefits. Drive digital transformation and analytics-based HR decision making. Represent the group in HR forums and manage external partnerships. Provide HR advisory to MD & Board for business expansion, M&A, and new ventures.

Strategic mindset with strong business acumen. Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills. Expertise in talent management, change management & performance culture.

Qualifications:



Master's degree in HR / Business Administration. 20+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in diversified business environments. Proven experience in HR transformation and multi-business management.
