Group CFO
who can build financial excellence, drive strategic growth, and strengthen governance across all verticals.
Position Overview
The CFO will be a
strategic business partner to the leadership team
, responsible for overseeing the company's financial direction, growth planning, and compliance framework. This position demands not just a financial expert, but a leader who can
translate numbers into business strategy
and drive sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
Partner with the CEO and Board to drive capital allocation, expansion strategies, and investor relations.
Formulate annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models that drive business decisions.
Lead M&A evaluations, risk assessments, and financial due diligence.
Financial Operations & Governance
Ensure robust financial control systems, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and FEMA.
Oversee accounting, treasury, and corporate finance functions with zero tolerance for financial discrepancies.
Drive ERP-based automation and digitization in accounting and MIS reporting.
Build strong vendor and banking relationships to ensure liquidity management and optimal capital utilization.
Performance & Analytics
Drive MIS dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics across departments.
Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management and board members.
Lead cost optimization initiatives without compromising growth or quality.
Interpret complex data into actionable insights to support management decisions.
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and ethical financial management.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance organization-wide financial awareness.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
CA (Chartered Accountant) / CMA / MBA in Finance (from reputed institution).
Experience:
Minimum
12-18 years
of progressive financial leadership experience.
Prior exposure to
manufacturing, consulting, or large-scale service industry
preferred.
Strong command over taxation, compliance, and Indian financial regulations.
Proven experience in ERP implementation (SAP / Tally Prime / Oracle).
