Role Summary We are hiring a Group Brand Manager to lead the launch and scale-up of Semaglutide, a breakthrough molecule in diabetes and weight management. This is a newly created, high-visibility role with end-to-end ownership of a strategic chronic brand.
Key Responsibilities o Own end-to-end brand strategy and deliver topline & bottom-line results o Lead new product launch from market assessment to commercialization o Develop and execute promotional strategy, visual aids, and field communication o Drive KOL engagement and prescription leadership o Optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI o Work closely with Finance, NPD, SCM, FR&D, agencies, and field teams Candidate Profile o 6+ years of experience in Pharma Marketing o Strong exposure to Chronic therapies, new launches, and innovative molecules o Candidates from Super Specialty backgrounds with launch experience are welcome o Preferred experience with Top Pharma MNCs or Top 5 IPM companies in India Why This Role? o ????
