. This role requires expertise in multi-jurisdictional tax regulations and proficiency in using
Zoho Books

QuickBooks
.
The successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and support strategic decision-making for the group's leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Multi-Entity Accounting & Consolidation:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for all internal entities, ensuring consistent accounting policies are applied across the group.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed financial reports and presentations to executive leadership.
Taxation & Compliance (UK, US, UAE):
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of personal income tax returns (US/UK), GST/VAT returns (UAE Corporate Tax, Indian GST/TDS), and other statutory compliance tasks.
Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities across all relevant jurisdictions.
Software & Systems Management:
Serve as the subject matter expert for
Zoho Books
and
QuickBooks
within the organization, optimizing software usage and implementing process improvements.
Maintain accurate financial records and data integrity across all accounting software platforms.
Internal Controls & Audits:
Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard group assets and ensure proper financial reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A professional qualification such as CA/ CPT/ Inter, or CPA is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of
3-5 years
of relevant experience in a corporate accounting or similar role, with experience handling multi-entity accounts and international tax compliance.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory hands-on experience with both
Zoho Books
and
QuickBooks
, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Jurisdictional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and tax regulations specific to the
UK
,
US
, and
UAE
.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently
Manage multiple deadlines, and communicate complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders.
