Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring strong, strategic relationships and consistent client satisfaction.
Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, managing multiple account teams to deliver successful campaigns and projects.
Lead strategic planning and execution of client campaigns in collaboration with creative, media, and digital teams.
Develop and implement account growth strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to Account Managers and Executives within the group.
Review and approve client deliverables to ensure alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, and timelines.
Conduct regular performance reviews and presentations for clients, analyzing campaign results and proposing optimizations.
Foster a collaborative team culture across departments, encouraging innovation and accountability.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform client strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
7-10 years of experience in account management, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing agencies.
Proven track record of managing large client accounts and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management and CRM tools.
