On-site Agency : Havas Life Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Account Director with a deep understanding of the consumer health industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts within an advertising agency setting. As the Group Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to meet clients\' business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns, and fostering strong client relationships. : Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals and challenges. Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the consumer health industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clients to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve them. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and present strategic recommendations to clients. Deep Understanding of Stakeholders: Identify key stakeholders within the consumer health industry, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant parties. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance client campaigns and foster partnerships that drive business growth. Presentation Skills: Develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategies, campaign ideas, and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Deliver presentations in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, showcasing the value and impact of proposed initiatives. Capitalizing on Network Resources: Leverage the agency\'s network and resources to enhance client campaigns and provide added value. Identify opportunities for collaboration across departments and utilize available expertise to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in account management within an advertising agency, preferably with a focus on consumer health. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts, achieving revenue targets, and delivering results. In-depth knowledge of the consumer health industry, including regulatory considerations and market dynamics. Integrated understanding of media planning, digital marketing, e-commerce, and other relevant channels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.
