Job Summary

We are looking for a

Group Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator

who will lead and standardize early childhood education across all campuses.
This role ensures

consistent teaching quality, curriculum implementation, training, and classroom environment

in Nursery, LKG, and UKG across branches.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Review Across Campuses

Conduct regular academic audits in all branches Ensure uniform lesson planning and curriculum execution Evaluate classroom environment, teaching methods, and learning materials
Teacher Training & Development

Conduct weekly/biweekly training sessions for pre-primary teachers Train teachers on: Phonics (Jolly Phonics preferred) Literacy & numeracy foundations Activity-based learning Classroom management Support weak teachers with individualized coaching
Quality Assurance

Review worksheets, homework, classwork, and learning outcomes Ensure the same standard of practice across all branches Build a structured pre-primary academic handbook
Parent Communication Support

Guide schools during pre-primary PTMs Help resolve escalated academic concerns
Curriculum & Events

Standardize academic activities (Colours Day, Rhymes Day, Project Day, etc.) Maintain consistency in classroom setup and learning aids

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of ECE pedagogy Excellent communication & teacher mentoring skills Warm, patient, yet disciplined personality Strong coordination across multiple campuses

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
