Job Summary

The Group IIT/Foundation Coordinator will lead

advanced academics

(Maths & Science) across all campuses.
This includes designing high-quality worksheets, competitive-exam-style assessments, teacher training, and monitoring student performance for Grades 6-10.

Ideal for candidates with background from

FIITJEE / Aakash / Allen / Narayana / Sri Chaitanya

or strong competitive exam expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Campus Academic Leadership

Conduct academic audits in all branches Ensure uniform IIT/Foundation curriculum execution Review worksheets, tests, and problem-solving sessions
Teacher Training

Train teachers in: Concept-based teaching Problem-solving techniques Olympiad-style question setting Higher-order thinking Conduct demo classes and model teaching sessions
Student Performance Monitoring

Track student data using School Insights Identify fast learners, slow learners, and competitive exam potential Plan remedial sessions and advanced classes
Assessment & Content Creation

Design IIT Foundation worksheets & test papers Build Olympiad / NTSE / NMTC preparation material Standardize correction methods
Academic Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly academic dashboards Recommend academic improvements across branches

Required Skills

Excellent command over Math & Science Experience in IIT/JEE foundation or Olympiad training Ability to build strong teaching teams Strong classroom observation & feedback skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
