Duties & Responsibilities-
The duties and responsibilities of ground staff at the airport are very vast. They are the one to perform all tasks from commercial to technical. First prime duty of a ground staff is to make sure about the safety and comfort of the passengers. Their duties include checking the baggage, cleaning and making flight experience pleasant. Some ground staff is responsible for inspecting storing and transporting luggage while others stock the aircraft with food and beverage items that are distributed during flight and some ground staff works in direct contact with customers handling their queries.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles preferably in tech or app-based businesses.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Patience, empathy and a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple queries efficiently.
Basic technical knowledge of mobile apps and social platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifts as per business needs.
