JOB OVERVIEW:
As a ground incharge, need to bring a business sensibility to the utmost facilities of Ground Maintenance of the school. Making the daily operation of the school as cost and time-efficient as possible while maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction.
GROUND MAINTENANCE :
? Oversee and manage the overall functioning of the sports facilities related to sports Academy,
? Managing staff and inventory, as well as ordering supplies, equipment and scheduled maintenance or repair of the facility.
? Managing manpower required for regular maintenance and service related activity for the client using the sports facility.
? Directs and assists with the procurement of material for events and activities to take place at the facility.
? Monitor of certain services it offers are in accordance with National and State government, and local regulations
? Managing of the sports items inventory and dispersement of items to the client coming to use the sports facility according to their booking facilities
? Manage in and out of the booking strictly and responsible for payment from the client .
? Maintaining and monitoring of daily cash related to sports academy , depositing cash to banks and scanning and sending the vouchers , indents to the Corporate office
Shift Time - 01.00PM to 11.00 pm (Evening Shift)
