Ground Handling AgentWe are hiring Ground Handling Agent for Groundwork. The professional will be responsible for taking care of passengers. He/ She has to take care of every little work right from taking care of luggage to making sure it reaches to the respective passengers correctly. This job is also known as Ticketing Executive in some companiesRoles and Responsibilities:- Handle the situation in every condition diplomatically
- Safeguard the interest of passengers
- Collecting luggage to making sure it reaches to respective passengers
- Inspecting, storing and transporting luggage
- Remaining in touch with the passengers to answer questions and providing information
- Inform passengers about the delay in travel, any queries etc.
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable journey for the passengers
- Leaving no ground for complaints
- Ensure the best customer service
- Organizing and managing staffSkills:- Freshers are most welcome
