Heal Himala is looking for a passionate and field-driven Ground Coordinator to support and manage our on-ground environmental and community initiatives across the Himalayan region.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with local government bodies, forest departments, and village authorities
Liaise with local communities, vendors, and stakeholders
Plan, manage, and implement trek-based campaigns and on-ground programs
Organize and supervise volunteer activities and clean drive initiatives
Support trek operations, ensuring smooth execution and sustainability practices
Manage field logistics, reporting, and daily operational updates
Act as a bridge between field teams and operations team
Eligibility & Preferred Profile:
Science Graduate (Environmental Science / Life Sciences preferred).
Strong interest in trekking, conservation, and Himalayan ecosystems.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work extensively in field conditions.
Passion for environmental sustainability and community engagement.
Physically strong and fit to work in challenging field condition.
Mountaineering course certification is a plus.
