Conduct village mapping and maintain updated records.
Prepare and maintain Sakhi-wise Haat details and village-wise key opinion leader/Sarpanch details.
Support in the mobilisation of Sakhis & Engg. and assist Bindi in field surveys, when required.
Develop and implement a monthly operating plan; ensure regular visits to Sakhi locations as per the planning sheet.
Provide hand-holding support to Sakhis & Engg, through co-working and guidance.
Ensure local-level logistics support and share spare part requirements promptly.
Provide sales leads to weaker Sakhis & Engg. and assist them in closing sales.
Work towards achieving the monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper commission disbursement for Sakhis & Engg. and report any refunds/product complaints.
Generate and share Market Intelligence Reports.
Coordinate and provide support during Sakhi & Engg. training sessions and refresher training.
They have to provide support in conducting field surveys whenever required.
Submit reports in the required formats.
Coordinate with ground partners to share additional reports, if required.
SKILLS:
Strong understanding of rural markets, community engagement, and grassroots mobilisation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Sakhis, community leaders, and partners.
Ability to plan, monitor, and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of basic finance and record-keeping (instalments, commissions, collections).
Proficiency in using reporting formats, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools.
Problem-solving skills for handling customer complaints and product/service issues.
Team player with the ability to provide handholding support and mentorship to Sakhis.
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
