The Grocery Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee store operations, sales, and customer service. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations. Hire, train, and supervise staff. Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with regulations. Monitor financial performance and control expenses.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred). 3+ years of retail or grocery management experience. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
