Job Description

Operations:

Manage daily store flow, opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate, and motivate employees; resolve conflicts.

Inventory Control:

Monitor stock, order supplies, coordinate with vendors, manage receiving/rotation to prevent spoilage and shortages.

Sales & Merchandising:

Implement promotions, set up displays, price products accurately, and develop strategies to meet sales goals.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, and foster a welcoming environment.

Financial Management:

Prepare budgets, track sales, control expenses, and manage P&L.

Safety & Compliance:
