Job Description

Strong experience in defining product specifications, including dimensions and tolerances. Skilled in programming and setting up grinding operations using FANUC controls. Actively monitor production processes to identify and implement improvements. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions or quality issues, escalating critical problems to supervisors as needed. Implement process optimizations to streamline operations and reduce cycle time. Extensive knowledge of cutting wheels, speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheels. Proficient in interpreting and applying GD&T principles. Capable of studying engineering drawings and translating them into effective manufacturing processes. Experienced in handling and using various precision measuring instruments. Well-versed in 5S and Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement and workplace efficiency.
