Job Purpose:

To operate grinding machines and ensure precision machining of components as per specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cylindrical, surface, or internal grinding machines to produce precision components. Interpret engineering drawings and job orders to determine machining requirements. Set up, adjust, and maintain grinding machines for optimal performance. Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area, following all safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or relevant trade.

1-3 years of experience in grinding operations (ID/OD/Surface).

Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
