Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer handling and empathy skills
Knowledge of NBFC products like personal loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.
Familiarity with grievance redressal guidelines issued by RBI or regulatory authorities
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage
Open to travel for work regarding legal cases or grievance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI customer grievance handling guidelines) is desirable
