Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Grievance Redressal Officer in the Edtech sector. The Grievance Redressal Officer will be responsible for addressing and resolving student grievances, investigating complaints, liaising with university/college authorities, maintaining records of grievances, and providing reports. The role includes direct interaction with students to understand their issues and expedite solutions. The officer will ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive relationship with educational institutions.

Client Retention Strategies
Customer Relationship Development
Expertise in Addressing Client Grievances and Complaints
Familiarity with educational systems and procedures
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Bachelors degree in Education, Management, or a related field
Experience in the edtech industry is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
