About the role:



-Manage and solve user grievances, Manage multiple channels like user escalations, grievance redressal and client satisfaction over calls, emails and other channels.
-Handle customer grievances and escalations promptly and professionally across multiple channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Email, and other social platforms.
-Ensure compliance with company policies while addressing sensitive customer issues.
-Work closely with the multiple teams to ensure the highest quality of experience by suggesting optimal improvements to the service flow.
-Ensure high-quality user service with a focus on timely resolution and problem identification.
-Manage a service desk responsible for addressing user issues through various channels available to the users.
-Ensure all user grievances are resolved within the stipulated time by maintaining a strong feedback loop with internal operations and sales team.
-Analyse and recommend process improvements for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



- Possess excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of customer success experience through phone, email, and chat communication.
- Excel at problem-solving and fostering strong relationships with key customers to establish trusted Partnerships.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Relevant Experience of 2-3 years.
- Solution-oriented with a customer-delight mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
