We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our industry-leading IT training programs. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping individuals and businesses upskill through tailored IT education solutions. Reports To: The Senior DevOps Engineer will report to Line Manager. Key Responsibilities:- Proactively sell IT training programs to leads. - Conduct cold calls and consistent follow-ups to engage leads and close sales. - Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track pipeline progress, and log client interactions. - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. - Generate new leads via digital outreach, professional networking, and referrals. - Effectively communicate the value, outcomes, and benefits of training programs to potential clients. - Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, lead generation strategies, and promotional initiatives. - Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all sales activities, meetings, and client feedback in the CRM system. - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
