Purpose of job:

Position holder will be responsible for greeting and proctoring process of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Exams (ACCA). As a part of the role, job holder will be responsible for assisting a test taker in the check in process, assessing and validating the credentials of the candidates appearing for ACCA Exams.

Skills and Knowledge: * Meet English language proficiency at a minimum level of IELTS band 6.5 or equivalent internationally recognised qualification (BCMS will arrange for language proficiency and certification test)

  • Good Computer (MS office) and keyboard handling skills
Experience:
  • For fresher - Proficient in English Communication Skills - both verbal and written
  • For experienced - Experience in Backend BPO process where customer communication was a part of the role.
Qualification:

Education - Graduate (preferable) should have completed a diploma/ degree/ professional course post senior Secondary.

Context and environment:
  • A new process being set up.
  • A back-office process with 8AM-8PM operations in Noida (NCR) work from office.
  • Process is responsible for assessing and validating the credentials for candidates appearing for ACCA Exams.
  • The overall process size is approximately 70 resources.
  • Operations in one shift.
  • The placement for this role is based on a comprehensive assessment based on Training and clearance of Background checks.

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
  • High attention to details to ensure validation of right information of the candidates before start of the exam.
  • Resolve Queries of the candidates during the check in process.
  • Proctors need to remotely monitor the candidates while the complete their exam and ensure there is no malpractice incident during the exam.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route/Transfer issues to appropriate resource/channel if necessary.
  • Follow up on enquiries where necessary.
  • Complete logs, update necessary data sheets
  • Ensure daily transaction targets are met with high quality standards.
Information Security
  • Read, understand and comply with the information security policies
  • Raise incident / blow whistle when observe any noncompliance to information security policies

  • This is a freelancing opportunity
  • 8 AM - 8 PM shift environment and the candidate is required to work from office.
  • The process may require working in different days depending on work
  • Long sitting hours
  • Secured environment i.e. no access to mobile phones on floor, very limited internet access, no personal belongings to be carried.
  • High level of compliance to the agreed process guidelines.
