Greeter
to welcome clients into our premium jewellery showroom. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a lasting first impression, assisting with customer flow, and enhancing the overall showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every customer with a smile.
Offer basic information about collections.
Direct customers to sales staff or counters.
Maintain a neat and presentable front area.
Note appointments or walk-in details.
Assist with customer flow on busy days.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills.
Friendly and polite behavior.
Basic understanding of jewellery terms is a plus.
Neat and well-groomed appearance.
Experience:
0-2 years in a customer-facing role preferred.
Key Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and grooming.
Polite, patient, and respectful demeanor.
Multilingual abilities (if relevant to customer base) are an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge for logging entries or appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
