Responsible for greeting and receiving the customers to the showroom or at exhibitions
Responsible for making calls to customer briefing about company policy, product details schemes and offers
Escorting the customers to the required counter and offer them chairs
Escorting the customer to the Floor Manager / Showroom Manager in case of any unsatisfied customers
Proper maintenance of Turn Sheet every day and report to the floor manager
Provide best hospitality to the customers
Responsible for collecting data from customers and getting same entered in Software.
Responsible for CRM activities including Outdoor activities of Society/club activations
Cross verify customer data between Purchase and Non-Purchase customers list
Always wear neat and clean dress, follow dress code
Any other responsibilities as assigned
Performing other related duties as required
Education, Knowledge, skill sets and Experience
Must be a graduate in any discipline with around 3-5 yrs. of experience as a greeter and CRM/Tele calling Executive.
Should have pleasing personality.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Good Listening skills
Possess stress management and time management skills
