Your Impact:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials, components, and finished goods within the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and optimizing warehouse space utilization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management principles, and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials in our Chennai facility.
Supervise and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and ensuring efficient task completion.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage systems to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
Ensure accurate and timely receipt and inspection of incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Manage inventory control processes, including regular stock checks, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
What you Need:
Proficiency in supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities within the Chennai facility.
Experience in receiving, inspecting, and properly storing incoming materials according to established procedures.
Ability to plan and execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: Freshers
