Take Charge as HOD Paintshop Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities
Create and carry out a thorough maintenance plan that is in line with production objectives, with an emphasis on increasing injection moulding machine uptime and decreasing downtime.
Oversee and direct the maintenance division, which includes establishing goals, assigning resources, training the maintenance staff, and encouraging a proactive and cooperative work atmosphere.
Manage all maintenance tasks, such as robots, conveyors, chillers, compressors, injection moulding machines, moulds, and other auxiliary equipment, as well as preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and breakdown maintenance.
Create and uphold efficient preventive maintenance plans and protocols based on best practices and equipment specifications.
Identify possible equipment breakdowns and plan preventative interventions by putting predictive maintenance techniques (such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis) into practice.
Skills
Strong understanding of quality management systems and their application in a paint shop environment, with specific emphasis on achieving high-quality finishes on plastic.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills related to paint defects and process optimization for plastics.
Strong leadership, communication (both written and verbal in English), and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tamil would be a significant advantage for leading local teams in Chennai.
