Senior AR Analyst An Vital Member to Our Finance Team

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Shift: Day (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Examine vast amounts of AR data, such as ageing reports, payment trends, rejection patterns, and payer performance indicators unique to the Indian healthcare system and payers that are pertinent to our operations in Chennai.
To successfully use these tactics, work together with the AR Calling team and other billing departments.
To put these precautionary measures into action, collaborate with charge entry, coding, and other pertinent teams.
Create plans to deal with problems involving particular payers, like escalation procedures or targeted follow-up initiatives.
Work together with the administrators of the billing and IT systems to look into and fix these problems.
Make sure AR strategies and analysis adhere to these rules.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
