Semi Voice Process Join Our extending Team

Responsibilities:
Ensure a pleasant customer experience across all communication channels by accurately and quickly responding to customer enquiries and resolving concerns.
Obtain the information you need from clients using both voice and non-voice channels in order to comprehend their demands and offer suitable solutions.
Accurately and promptly handle client enquiries, transactions, and changes while following established protocols pertinent to our Chennai operations.
Using the appropriate systems and tools, keep thorough records of all client interactions and resolutions while maintaining data integrity in our Chennai-based records.
To ensure consistency and quality in all customer interactions and data processing, closely adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows.
Skills:
Outstanding written English communication abilities that guarantee professionalism and clarity in emails and chat conversations.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities, with the capacity to successfully manage a variety of client questions and concerns.
strong processing and data entry abilities with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
competence with the MS Office Suite and the pertinent CRM or customer support software used in Chennai, as well as a basic level of computer literacy.
