Roles and Responsibilities:
You would be in charge of the general administration and operation of our injection moulding factory as the General Manager-factory Operations, with a focus on Injection Moulding Industries, situated in Chennai. This includes manufacturing (moulding, post-molding), maintenance (tooling and machinery), plastics-specific quality control, supply chain (resin and components), EHS (related to plastics processing), and injection molding-focused continuous improvement projects. Your extensive knowledge of injection moulding operations, your track record of increasing productivity and efficiency in an industrial setting in Chennai, and your outstanding leadership abilities will all be used in this strategic leadership position to inspire and develop a specialised team.
Skills:
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, leadership, and negotiating abilities.
demonstrated capacity to create and carry out strategic plans in an injection moulding setting.
familiarity with applying Lean and Six Sigma techniques for continuous improvement in injection moulding processes.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills in relation to injection moulding difficulties.
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree / CIPET
