As a Semi Voice Process Executive, you will work with our customer service team in Chennai to efficiently and effectively assist our clients via written and phone channels. We provide a friendly atmosphere where your ability to communicate and commitment to client satisfaction will be greatly appreciated.
Responsibilities:
Respond to consumer questions and offer assistance mostly over the phone, with supplementary correspondence sent by email, chat, or other writing means as needed.
Recognise client concerns, give precise information, and professionally and efficiently address questions in both written and spoken communications.
Utilise knowledge bases and CRM systems to obtain and deliver pertinent information to clients across various channels of communication.
Make sure that all client interactions, problems, and solutions are accurately recorded in the system, with both written and spoken communications being clear and detailed.
To guarantee uniform service delivery and compliance across all communication channels, adhere to established protocols and rules.
Report complicated problems or unanswered questions to the proper managers or departments.
Qualification:
strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer navigation abilities and good typing.
the capacity to write and speak under duress while maintaining composure in trying circumstances.
Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
