Purchase Head for Production In control of Material Arrangement

Responsibilities
Create and carry out strategic sourcing plans that complement the commercial and production goals of the organisation.
Oversee and direct the purchasing department, which includes establishing goals, assessing work, and training the procurement staff.
Find, assess, and bring on board trustworthy suppliers for capital equipment, tools, consumables, components, and raw materials.
To get the most value in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service, bargain with suppliers over contracts, prices, and terms.
Create and preserve a solid rapport with important suppliers to guarantee efficient communication and cooperation.
From buy requisition to order placement, delivery, and invoice processing, oversee the complete procurement process.
Use technology when necessary to establish and maintain effective procurement procedures and systems.
Skills
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.

Qualification: Any BE Degree
