Prospect for Industrial Experienced to find work CNC Setters

Focus: In a manufacturing setting situated in Chennai, highlight the essential abilities of precisely assembling CNC machines, deciphering technical drawings, and making sure that the tooling and workpiece alignment are all correct.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
What you’ll Do:
Set up CNC equipment (mills, lathes, etc.) in our Chennai plant precisely in accordance with work orders, drawings, and project specifications that are pertinent to our regional production requirements.
Before production begins in our Chennai plant, conduct machine proving and dry runs to confirm program accuracy and spot possible problems.
To guarantee that parts fulfil the dimensions requirements and quality standards required by Chennai's industries, adjust machine parameters (offsets, tool wear compensation) as necessary.
In accordance with our Chennai facility's record-keeping, note and record setup parameters, tooling utilised, and any variations from regular processes.
Work together with CNC programmers and operators to enhance machining procedures and optimise setups in the Chennai area.
Carry out routine maintenance on workholding and tooling equipment.
What you need:
ability to set up the many CNC machine types (mills, lathes, etc.) that are frequently seen in our Chennai plant.
practical experience setting up and aligning workholding and tooling equipment.
the capacity to confirm setup correctness using a variety of precision measurement tools, such as gauges, micrometres, and callipers.
