Possibility of Command HOD of Quality Control

Responsibilities:
Create and put into action a thorough Quality Control (QC) plan specific to our Chennai facility's injection moulding procedures and outputs, in line with related quality standards and overarching corporate goals.
For moulded parts, create and supervise the execution of thorough inspection plans, sampling techniques, and testing protocols. These should include dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional tests pertinent to the parts' intended use in Chennai.
Create and deliver in-depth quality performance reports and data tailored to injection moulding to top management in Chennai, emphasising important developments, initiatives for improvement, and the general efficacy of the QC function for moulded components.
Encourage a culture of quality excellence at the Chennai injection moulding company by raising awareness, holding people accountable, and encouraging proactive participation in quality improvement initiatives pertaining to the quality of moulded parts at all levels.
Skills:
a track record of creating and executing thorough inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality standards for injection-molded parts while taking common flaws and important dimensions into account.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities with a strong data-driven approach to injection moulding decision-making and quality improvement.
Proven ability to construct, inspire, and develop a high-performing quality control team focused on injection-molded components in a diverse Chennai workforce, along with exceptional leadership and team management skills.
