Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule that aligns with the plant's overall operating goals and budgetary limitations.
In the maintenance department, supervise and lead the teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and other speciality maintenance.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities to ensure efficient resource use and minimal production disruption.
Manage the maintenance budget efficiently by controlling costs and maximising the amount of money allocated to labour, replacement parts, and outside services.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills and expertise of maintenance personnel.
To fix equipment-related issues and implement upgrades, collaborate closely with engineering, production, and other departments.
Educational Qualification: BE in Mech/ECE
Experience: 10+ yrs
