Roles and Responsibilities:
You would be in charge of the general administration and operation of our manufacturing facility in your capacity as General Manager-Plant Operations, based in Chennai. Production, upkeep, quality assurance, supply chain, EHS, and continuous improvement programs are all included in this. Your extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, your track record of increasing productivity and efficiency in the Chennai industrial setting, and your outstanding leadership abilities will all be used in this strategic leadership position to inspire and create a sizable and diverse team.
Skills:
demonstrated capacity to use industrial technologies and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to enhance decision-making and optimise operations.
Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of creating a high-achieving leadership team within the plant and promoting an environment of responsibility and ongoing development.
expertise in overseeing labour relations and making sure Tamil Nadu labour rules are followed.
demonstrated capacity to successfully lead and carry out change management projects throughout a sizable organisation.
Experience: 10+ yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
