Paintshop Maintenance Role at Beginning Apply Today

Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers and technicians in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment within the paint shop of our manufacturing facility in Chennai.
Participate in the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for paint shop equipment, including pre-treatment systems, paint booths, ovens, and conveyors.
Learn and assist in diagnosing basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues within the paint shop under the guidance of senior team members.
Support the repair and replacement of worn or damaged components on paint shop equipment.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new paint shop equipment and upgrades.
Learn to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to paint shop maintenance.
Skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly.
Good communication skills in English and preferably Tamil for effective interaction with local teams in Chennai.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
