Responsibilities
Accurately and effectively handle client requests, questions, and concerns via a range of written communication channels, such as chat, email, and online forms, serving a varied clientele.
Give clients written answers that are professional, succinct, and easy to understand. Make sure that all of their questions are answered thoroughly and promptly.
Keep client information private and closely follow Indian-specific data privacy laws and practices.
