Responsibilities:
Determine areas for efficiency, cost, quality, and safety improvement by analysing the production processes that are currently in place.
Create and implement workflows, layouts, and manufacturing processes that are optimised.
To monitor and regulate production schedules, inventory, and resources, design and deploy production control systems.
Establish what tools and resources are needed for the production processes.
To guarantee that new items can be manufactured, work together with the engineering and design teams.
For production processes, create and execute work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
To create productive standards, do work measurement analyses and time investigations.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 3+ yrs
