Motivate Cost Effective Purchasing Employing a Purchase Head

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with the company's production and business objectives for our injection moulding operations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible value in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Manage inventory levels of key materials and components to ensure uninterrupted production while minimizing carrying costs.
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality control, and finance departments to understand their needs and ensure timely and accurate procurement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Skills
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies and achieving cost savings.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
